Your LOGIN is your 6-digit ASAM member ID # that was sent to you under separate cover; include all zeros. Unless you have already changed your PASSWORD, it is your name, e.g., JohnDoe, with both first and last names capitalized and no space in between; it is 'case-sensitive' in this way.
